A Summoner Skirmish is a competitive local tournament for the League of Legends Trading Card Game, Riftbound, featuring 1v1, best-of-3, constructed deck play with Swiss rounds and a top cut, offering promos, boosters, and a champion playmat plus a Regional Qualifier bye for the winner, serving as a gateway to higher-level play with required decklists and strict rules for a serious challenge.
