Delivery & Returns
Delivery / Shipping
Currently we use Royal Mail for Standard and Standard Signed for Shipping. We may also use available Couriers for Express Shipments and larger parcels, depending on value/cost/availability.
Standard Shipping will be Royal Mail 2nd Class, and starts at just £2 for Single Cards, and £3 for anything larger. An option for Signed For Postage is available for £1 extra.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over £40, Free Signed for Shipping on orders over £60 and Free Express Shipping on any orders over £120!
Returns / Refunds
If you have received a Damaged/Faulty item you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange a Return and either a Refund, or a Replacement.
Returns will only be accepted if the Product is received as Damaged/Faulty, however PokeShizz will not be held liable for minor manufacturing defects that occur on sealed product. This includes manufacturing defects with Single Cards as a part of a sealed product, as well as outer packaging.
Any Postage costs incurred for Returns where Product is Damaged or Faulty will be covered by PokeShizz.
PokeShizz reserves the right to refuse any request received after the 14 days period.
